Description: Joint walk with Bristol and West group. Follow community forest path to Long Wood, Locklease Tower and the highest point over-looking Bristol. Descend to Eastville Park & follow Frome Valley Walkway to Iron Acton, passing the area's historic landmarks.
Notes: We will be stopping for lunch at Laddenside Farm, Iron Acton, toilets are available and tea/coffee with cakes will be provided, if the weather is not kind we can shelter in the buildings, there is also options to cut the walk short. The clocks will have gone back on this weekend, so the walk will be reduced to between 7 and 18 miles.

Description: 20 and 15 miles. 20+ miles on Saturday, out to a remote Bothy called Moel Prysgau located near the remote top of Garn Gron. The route takes us up the remote Rhiwnant Valley and on to Drygarn Fawr, the Irfon Valley, eventually coming to the Bothy at the head of the Afon Towy. 15+ml on Sunday from the Bothy to the Claerwen Dam via Afon Arban and follow (initially) the Afon Claerwen, onwards towards Cnwch then a large loop back to the cars
